Matthew Biblestudy

Hey guys!  I am back from traveling and from vacation.  I needed a little break.  Today I am going to start the process of finishing what I started.  I am going to finish Matthew and James.  I am working on compiling all of my Matthew Study posts so you can download them all.  I will post them when I am done.  I left off on Matthew Chapter 15.  Today I will post my notes.

Read Verses 1-9

• What do the Pharisees accuse Jesus and His disciples of doing?
• Read Mark 7:3-4 to get the tradition of the Jews.
• How does Jesus respond?
• What where Pharisees doing with their things? Why wouldn't they give it to their parents?
• What Commandment is Jesus appealing to?
• How does Jesus point the finger back at the Pharisees?
• What does Jesus say about the Pharisees? Why do you think He says this?
• Isaiah explained Israel to be like this in His time. Jesus uses that passage Isaiah 29:13
